We only ship to the low 48 contigious states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO or any US protectorates.

All of our products include FREE same-day shipping (mon-fri) for orders placed before 2pm Mountain time.  Any orders placed after 2pm Mountain will be shipped the next business day.  (orders placed after 2pm Mountain on friday, all day saturday and all day sunday will be shipped out on monday unless that monday is a postal holiday)

Our FREE shipping for MacBooks is via FEDEX 2-day shipping (doesn't include weekend days or holidays), which in some rare cases may be delayed by FEDEX through no fault of HalfPricedMacs.com

Our FREE shipping for accessories is via USPS first class mail (2-5 days), which in some rare cases may be delayed by USPS through no fault of HalfPricedMacs.com

Any accessories bought in the same order as a MacBook will use the same shipping speed as the MacBook.

HalfPricedMacs.com Warranty

1-YEAR WARRANTY COVERAGE ON ENTIRE MACBOOK

HalfPricedMacs warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below: The Good Life Group LLC. ("HalfPricedMacs") warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, at its option HalfPricedMacs will (1) repair the product at no charge (purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs), using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes HalfPricedMacs's property.

OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE

Deliver the product to HalfPricedMacs for repair.  Shipping expense is covered by Halfpricedmacs within 60 days of receipt of macbook, after-which time, customer will be responsible for shipping the item both ways.

Note: Before you deliver your product for warranty service it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software and data, and disable any security passwords or provide us with any security passwords along with your product. You will be responsible for reinstalling all such software, data and passwords if we need to erase or replace your hard drive. Data recovery is not included in the warranty service and HalfPricedMacs is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.  If we have to replace the hard drive, it will come with the original software, data, & passwords it came with when you purchased it.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty applies only to parts that were installed in the machine with the serial # listed at the top of this warranty before we sent it off to you.  We document all serial #s of parts inside this machine and have tamper-proof stickers inside of our machines to identify if a machine has been worked on or parts have been replaced by someone other than HalfPricedMacs.  

If the machine has been opened up or worked on by anyone other than HalfPricedMacs this warranty will be instantly voided.  

This warranty does not cover liquid damage, physical damage, the free charger included, or the battery life.

This warranty is not covered by Apple in any way.  It is not applecare.  Which means if you take this machine into Apple to have work done, it will not be covered by HalfPricedMacs or Apple, and will void your warranty with HalfPricedMacs.

HALFPRICEDMACS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, REPROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH APPLE PRODUCTS, AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT. HalfPricedMacs SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR MAKE A PRODUCT EXCHANGE WITHOUT RISK TO OR LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR DATA. Grade A is fully tested & functional MacBook & cosmetically in great condition which means it MAY have some very minor scratches, but nothing major.

Grade B is a fully tested & functional macbook, but cosmetically it MAY or MAY NOT have dings, dents, scratches, and rub marks.
