RETURNS POLICY

Here at HalfPricedMacs.com we absolutely LOVE having HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We provide a free prepaid return shipping label for all of our items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.   

To start a return, you can contact us at support@halfpricedmacs.com to receive an RMA and shipping instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label or return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted and can cause delays in refund.

If the item is physically damaged by customer during use, or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging by customer, or un-useable due to password locks etc put on by the customer there may be restocking fees to cover repair or loss expenses.  

You can always contact us for any return question by opening a live chat in the lower right corner of our site, or sending an email to support@halfpricedmacs.com.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States.  If you use a 3rd party freight forwarding service that will void our free returns.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 4 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@halfpricedmacs.com or on live chat on our site, as sometimes items show delivered but we haven't actually received the item due to mis-delivery by the carrier.

SHIPPING 

Everything on our site includes FREE same-day shipping (mon-fri) for orders placed before 2pm mountain time.  Any orders placed after 2pm mountain will be shipped the next business day.  (orders placed after 2pm mountain on friday, all day saturday and all day sunday will be shipped out on monday unless that monday is a postal holiday)

Our FREE shipping for MacBooks is via FEDEX 2-day shipping, which in some rare cases may be delayed by FEDEX through no fault of HalfPricedMacs.com

There may be upgraded shipping options available at checkout.

Our FREE shipping for Accessories and Drives is via USPS first class shipping (2-5 days), which in some rare cases may be delayed by USPS through no fault of HalfPricedMacs.com

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO or any US protectorates.

We only ship to the lower 48 United States.  If you use a 3rd party freight forwarding service that will void our free returns.
